AI-Native Truth
AI-native truth is not a machine declaring certainty.
It is knowledge represented in a form that humans can inspect and AI agents can use without losing the trail.
What changes in the AI age
Search engines point people toward pages. AI systems compress, summarize, cite, transform, and act on pages.
That changes the burden on public knowledge. A page that is merely readable is no longer enough. The page also needs structure, provenance, freshness, uncertainty, and citation guidance.
What an agent needs to know
- what is a claim
- what is a source
- what is interpretation
- what is disputed
- what is stale
- what is safe to quote
- what still needs human review
What it is not
AI-native truth is not a chatbot answer, model confidence, synthetic prose with citations sprinkled on top, neutrality theater, or a promise that every question has one clean answer.
It is a structure for showing the work.
